I'll start with saying how lucky I am to have found David and the rest of the Porter Group in searching for my new condo. David was very patient with me through the entire process. From the beginning of the search, he met with me often after working hours throughout the city on my schedule and any number of times. Through the negotiations he was extremely honest with me through each step, and I trusted his opinion and evaluation of each of the places we looked. When it finally came to the place we found, he helped put us over the top against competing offers, and navigated us through the closing. Through the weeks that followed, his team was extremely responsive and helpful in getting us through a tricky negotiations, but they made it easy on us by being available whenever we needed and continuing to give good advice.
